Allied Global Marketing's Brand Experience team is actively searching for a highly creative Associate Creative Director, distinguished by a robust background in design and conceptual thinking, particularly in the realm of experiential events such as festivals, pop-ups, stunts, tours, installations, and more. The ideal candidate must boast a proven track record of delivering impactful brand experiences.
In this role, you will help lead a diverse array of Experiential programs, collaborating directly with clients and aligning closely with the Allied Brand Experience leadership team. Your responsibilities will extend to serving as the day-to-day creative lead on projects, necessitating seamless collaboration with our VP of Creative, Creative Director, 3D + 2D Designers, Production Managers, and Account Leads to ensure flawless execution. Your expertise will be instrumental in overseeing the development and completion of experiences and activations.

The ideal Associate Creative Director candidate will:
- Lead brainstorming and creative sessions, focusing on creative strategy and larger-scale storytelling.
- Develop strategically-grounded creative concepts aligned with client business objectives and budgets.
- Effectively visualize ideas through comps, mock-ups, and collaborate with additional 3D + 2D resources as needed.
- Create engaging and trackable executions that forge connections between consumers and client brands.
- Prepare and organize client presentations for review and approval, incorporating compelling narratives.
- Present creative ideas persuasively and professionally with an enthusiastic approach.
- Manage the creative process from concept to execution, addressing day-to-day needs, troubleshooting, and providing feedback to the team.
- Storytell and sell creative concepts and executions through presentation decks, including the selection and design of imagery and/or comps + mocks, copywriting, deck structure, and pitching.
- Collaborate proactively with the broader cross-functional team and external partners to deliver exceptional creative work.
- Demonstrate an understanding of general creative costs and work closely with the production team to ensure feasibility.
- Stay informed on cutting-edge technology solutions, industry trends, and cultural happenings.
- Leverage existing relationships with freelance talent and vendor partners to create new opportunities for the agency.
- Collaborate with and lead creative freelancers as required
- A minimum of 6-8 years of experience in Brand Experience / Experiential agency or related field
- Strong design skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Flexibility to adapt to changing timelines and manage deadlines
- Ability to effectively balance multiple projects of varying scales
- Deep understanding of graphic design, environmental design, and 3D rendering
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Keynote, PowerPoint, Google Suite, and Office 365.

This position is remote, with an expectation to work from an Allied Global Marketing (NYC/LA) office if/when needed. This position requires on-site hours and travel for site visits and event production. #LI-Remote
