Who we are:

Allied is in an exciting period of growth and has recently established a European Partnerships Team in London, based at the company’s UK head office in Shoreditch. The Partnerships Team are responsible for delivering brand partnerships across UK & Europe for several major entertainment clients, whilst also working with alongside the US Team on Global Activations.

We are looking for a Marketing Partnerships Manager to join the Team on to work on a client within the TV & Film streaming sector.

We operate a hybrid working model where employees are office based for two days a week (Tuesday and Thursday) in our office in Shoreditch, London. Employees are welcome to use the office 5 days a week, or to use one of our sister office spaces across London on days where attendance isn’t required.

Who are you:

The role of Marketing Partnerships Manager would suit someone who is passionate about entertainment, art and culture. 

This individual will have the responsibility for planning, developing, implementing, and executing brand partnership campaigns for one of our leading entertainment clients. This role would suit someone who is both creative and collaborative as you will be working alongside the Partnerships Director and Partnerships Executive to create standout brand partnership moments, telling compelling stories for our clients and brand partners, whilst driving tangible results.

Due to the varied projects and opportunities this client presents, this role will suit someone who is proactive, organised with great attention to detail and has experience managing the day-to-day of a major client. The Partnerships Manager should be able to get under the skin of our clients’ properties and be excited about delivering knock-out results to the benefit of the client, partners, and fans.

Job Responsibilities:

Support Partnerships Director on delivering for our clients to include:

  • Best in class account management – acting as point of contact on all initial client enquiries, and delivering standout service to key external stakeholders (brand partners).
  • Update and maintain client and partner-facing materials e.g., term sheets, status reports and marketing calendars. Manage preparation and delivery of partnership recap reports.
  • Build engaging pitch decks (presentations, concepts, etc.), demonstrating creative thinking and strong proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of tools.
  • Confidently pitching and presenting to brands alongside the Partnerships Director.
  • Compile contact details for promotional pitch lists and initiate outreach via cold-calling and cold-emailing.
  • Research potential partners and industry trends and participate in creative team brainstorms to identify new brands and opportunities.
  • Help foster a high performing culture that supports the goals of the company.
  • Have a presence on the team, offer solutions to challenges based on current or past experiences.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years related experience
  • Strong knowledge and passion for the entertainment industry preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience crafting pitch decks and presentations in PowerPoint.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with all levels of personnel in-person, via email and on the telephone.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and ability to prioritise, capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Positive attitude, good persuasive skills, ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ambitious, resourceful, focused and goal oriented.
  • Creative thinker and problem solver, team player.
