We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Production to lead our Experiential and Events Team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in event production and experiential marketing, a strong network in the industry, and exceptional leadership skills. As the VP of Production, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of all experiential and event projects, ensuring they align with our clients' objectives and exceed expectations.
The key responsibility for this role will include:
- Leadership: Provide visionary leadership to the Experiential and Events Team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.
- Project Management: Lead the end-to-end production process for experiential marketing campaigns and live events, from concept development and budgeting to execution and post-event analysis.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Team Management: Recruit, develop, and manage a team of production professionals, fostering their growth and ensuring project success.
- Budget Oversight: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Vendor Relationships: Collaborate with external vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure seamless project execution and negotiate favorable terms.
- Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to develop and execute innovative event concepts that align with client brand objectives.
- Quality Control: Uphold the highest standards of production quality, safety, and professionalism in all projects.
- Reporting: Provide regular project updates and performance metrics to senior management and clients.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in event production and experiential marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale events and campaigns.
- Strong network within the experiential marketing and events industry.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship-building abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Flexibility to adapt to changing timelines and manage deadlines
- Ability to effectively balance multiple projects of varying scales
- Creative and innovative mindset.

Location:
This position is remote, with an expectation to work from an Allied Global Marketing (NYC/LA) office if/when needed. This position requires on-site hours and travel for site visits and event production. #LI-Remote
