We analyzed audiences for The Guardian / Guardian Weekly and their key local and global competitors across seven countries: Australia, Canada, Ireland, Germany, New Zealand, United Kingdom, and the United States.
The scope included a range of deliverables across KPIs and measurement; audience sizing, behavior, and acquisition journey; and the industry landscape. We also identified key market challenges overall and by each territory, and provided detailed recommendations on how best to overcome these challenges, as well as how to establish a framework to measure performance and growth going forward.
