We developed and led an all-day symposium for SONY’s international transactional leadership team, interrogating both current business models and how transactional can leverage emerging technologies. Topics we addressed included industry headwinds, the post-Covid media landscape, transactional value propositions, creative content, genre preferences, the metaverse, brand discovery trends, and other key factors influencing electronic sell-through.
The result was a detailed roadmap of near-term and mid-term priority action items across paid, earned and owned media, as well as creative, customized to each territory group.
