Telemundo engaged us to audit its online brand, the competitive platform and audience landscape, and its US paid media, earned media, owned media, and creative. The objective was to set the stage for future campaign development and to help Telemundo fine-tune its US digital footprint.
Upon completing our analyses we delivered a detailed, prioritized list of action items enabling Telemundo to:
- Increase organic traffic to its website and streaming of long-form content on its apps
- Grow beyond the current / core audience and acquire new viewers while retaining existing fans.
- Gain a better understanding of the consumer journey and the most effective destinations to which to drive them
- Leverage social media to drive awareness and engagement
- Determine which owned and earned channels are best for driving awareness, engagement, and/or acquisition
