Boston Properties is redeveloping the observatory atop the iconic Prudential Tower in Boston, set to open in 2023. As AOR, we’re working with BXP to drive marketing strategy across all disciplines, including:

  • Promotions, from local grassroots efforts to major long-term partnerships
