Allied was tasked with taking over and managing The One Group’s email marketing initiatives for their STK brand restaurants. To drive engagement and awareness for various locations, we:

- Developed a full CRM strategy, including new email designs and templates along with content curation and creative execution.
- Managed and optimized the CRM list on an on-going basis to ensure the maximum open-rates and click-rates.
- Doubled the email list in size after we integrated the platform with their booking systems via OpenTable.
- Increased click-rates by 112% and open-rates by 82% through new email designs and templates and subject line optimizations.
- Generated an uptick in overall bookings to the various locations.
