​​Allied Global Marketing is looking for an experienced Programmatic, Senior Director, to lead our in-house programmatic offering.

The Senior Director would be responsible for overall programmatic strategy, execution and performance working with our programmatic team. This position has an emphasis on expanding our offerings to build additional partnerships,  including programmatic OOH. This individual is expected to be resourceful, responsible, and to demonstrate initiative and innovation.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead on evaluating new technologies and identify new programmatic opportunities and capabilities to further grow and scale the agency’s programmatic media offerings
  • Seek out and build effective partnerships with programmatic vendors and ad tech companies
  • Lead contract negotiations with vendors to drive better terms and pricing
  • Stay on top of programmatic industry trends and innovations educating the media team and media clients 
  • Conduct regular performance reviews of programmatic campaigns, provide optimization recommendations and ensure campaigns achieve key goals and ROI targets
  • Develop and execute plans to scale first-party data utilization for targeted audience buying
  • Lead programmatic forecasting, budgeting and financial planning in conjunction with senior leadership
  • Work closely with media team to develop proposals, programmatic strategies and media campaigns that address client needs and goals 
  • Build positive client relationships and become a trusted programmatic advisor to drive retention and growth 
  • Manage programmatic team members, provide training and guidance to foster their performance and growth

Lead programmatic forecasting, budgeting and financial planning in conjunction with senior leadership

Requirements:

  • 7+ years experience in programmatic media buying, ad operations, or related field
  • Expert knowledge of programmatic media with emphasis on digital OOH 
  • Proven ability to plan and manage programmatic campaigns 
  • Experience working across global markets, with global media partners, and with global team members
  • Experience managing a programmatic team and developing team members 
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking; able to analyze campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities
  • Understanding of ad tech ecosystem and latest trends in programmatic advertising
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Bachelor’s degree required
