  1. Speak the language and know the community and the diversity within each community. One message doesn’t necessarily travel inter-state.
  2. Latino audiences love all types of talent - not just Latino/Hispanic. As long as they're relevant and enjoyable, we’ll be there… and in our thousands!
  3. Be authentic and relevant in your choice of brands to represent: Don't force something that isn't a natural or innovative fit.
