Allied Global Marketing is growing in Ireland and across Europe, and we’re building the senior bench to match. Following a sustained run of new business wins and continued momentum in the market, we’ve made four senior appointments across creative, client services, and production. The goal is simple: elevate the work, sharpen the craft, and keep delivering integrated brand experiences that audiences actually want to engage with.

What’s driving this moment is a clear shift in how brands need to show up. Campaigns are expected to move fast, travel across channels, and land with culture, not just media. That only happens when strategy, creative, and production are locked in together, and when client leadership is strong enough to turn ambition into execution without friction.

Here’s who’s joining the team:

Jonathan Woods, Production Director Jonathan brings deep experience delivering large-scale integrated campaigns and live brand experiences. He’ll lead production across Allied’s growing portfolio, ensuring best-in-class execution across experiential, content, and integrated activations.

Mags Foran, Senior Account Director

Mags is a strategic client leader with a strong track record in integrated campaign delivery. She’ll oversee key client relationships and help drive growth across our expanding roster.

Rafa Ferla, Head of Art

Rafa strengthens our creative leadership with standout expertise in visual storytelling, brand world creation, and campaign development across entertainment, lifestyle, and consumer brands. He’ll lead art direction and design output in close partnership with strategy and production to deliver culturally impactful work.

Dervla Farrell, Senior Account Manager

Dervla adds further depth to client services and will play a central role in delivering integrated brand experience campaigns, helping ensure seamless collaboration across paid, earned, owned, and experiential.
