Growing ANZ Subscriptions

We developed strategic media plans and targeted purchases to raise awareness and boost Australasian subscriptions for beIN SPORTS’ SVOD product, CONNECT. After starting in Australia, beIN SPORTS asked that we expand our efforts to New Zealand. This presented additional challenges of building the brand in that country, and a different set of streaming rights.

  • Given beIN SPORTS’ diverse offerings, including global football leagues, international tennis, rugby, and more, our focus was on identifying and targeting specific fan groups. Crucially for success, we dynamically adjusted media strategies to align with a weekly evolving fixture list across multiple partners.
  • As CONNECT became beIN SPORTS’ primary product in 2023, our goal was to enhance performance media efficiency. This involved utilizing a diverse mix of partners and tactics, continually optimized for conversions.
  • Additionally, we provided strategic consultation on user journey, influencer engagement and creative effectiveness.
