Netflix engaged us to develop a definition of multicultural to inform its marketing and content strategies globally and within specific regions.
- We applied our definition to audience and demographic data for 11 countries across APAC, EMEA, LATAM, and North America.
- Each of the 25 distinct audiences we identified represented an emerging population of people who
- influence popular culture and entertainment trends through music, film, TV and social media.
